Thank you for the welcome! And thank you for speaking up about this. I've been suffering from this EVERYDAY ever since I was little. I was so scared I was alone and too ashamed to speak up, I feel like I can breathe again. Hopefully I can minimize the daydreaming now. Thanks again!

Hey hello I tried stopping it. But If I stop them my brain pains in the night. Its just like getting addicted to drugs. Very hard to get rid.

Hello Cordellia, I'm having a slow start for lack of computer skills. I want to learn and improve my mental capabilities. I think this can be a good place to assist in my development. I have had a brief introduction with some of the members and have a basic understanding through my own similarities and experiences. Robert.

  • Paulina Leon

Thank you. This site is saving my life.

  • Emma Indigo

Thanks for the welcome, I'm so glad to have found your site! I've been like this for quite some time, but only a few days ago did I realize it was MD. Thought I was crazy, but this site has taught me so much. But the best part for me is that I have met other people like me who understand me. And that's amazing because I have social anxiety which makes accomplishing that difficult. It's an honest lifesaver! Again, thanks so much! :D

  • raffaella

thank you..!!!!iI am actually really happy that I found a name for my" thing"..and other person sharing their experiences...i'm still reading all the post and articles....thanks

Thanks for the welcome!  And thanks for shedding light on this topic ... as so many others have expressed, I too thought I was alone(and crazy) in experiencing such intense daydreaming.  It feels like an addiction to me.  I'm pretty sure it has affected my real life negatively, but at the same time I don't want to give it up because I enjoy my daydreams so much.  Anyway, just thank you for providing this site, it's a relief to know I'm not alone!

Cordellia I apologize for the comments that my blog post caused. It was my intention just to express myself. However I should have not made my post visible to others on wildminds, I did expect anyone to take it so far. The blog did speak on a sensitive subject and I guess some people just can not handle such things (myself included). Anyway the post has been removed along with its comments. I felt that it would only cause further uproar if left to be viewed. Thank you and again I am sorry.

  • 4everlost23

Yeah I usually do not delete anything ...especially my own personal blogs because it is a right to express. I wish you could have read it. True, I agree people are afraid I am not one of those afraid of backlash trust me, but I admit that sometimes it is best to keep quiet... when the matter will only cause negativity, even though that is not its intended purpose. I love the wildminds network :) and felt that such negativity did not need to be sentenced upon the wildminds network. I agree civilized debates, I love to debate things, debate is a fun academic sport, but only with those who know how to control emotions, take turns giving opinions, and can discuss amongst each other in a well maintained manner. You see Cordellia Amethyste Rose engaging in a debate with you would be fun, and a learning experience, because you get how to act and conduct in that environment. I myself can take a lesson from you and so can many others. Yes, we do need to meet in the middle, and if not at least act respectfully. Thanks for understanding.

  • Ale C

Thank you. I understood a lot of new things today.
