I didn't know what was wrong with me but now I know it is MD.  I am not crazy and even more pleased to know that I am not  alone.  I don't know what helps because I have been daydreaming everyday since 1991.  The thing that doesn't help is thinking about not daydreaming. The more I think about NOT daydreaming the more I think about daydreaming.  Does that make sense to anyone else?

Hi, I can't find the Link you mentioned.  Was it Cynthia's daughter or did I just dream that up?  I was wondering if there was any info on how this changes as we get older.  Note JNoland's last comment on Longstanding Daydreams?  I would hate to think that it would get less intense and mine don't seem to have.  But I have stayed a certgain age in my DD's.  And maybe I use extra tricks learned - as JN does - to intensify them.
