I know this seems kinda silly but what do you do when you don't daydream?
I've successful cut back on a lot of my daydreaming but I still want to fully stop.
The real problem is that I get bored. And in the past, I used to schedule my time/hobbies around daydreaming and now that I've slowed down, I just have so much time. I also can only do my hobbies for so long before I need a break.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I find that being bored is a huge trigger for me but I can't be running without a break.

Oh that's such a nice question!
I love it.
Maybe we can all suggest all the things we could do with free time.
Here's my list of suggestions:
reading
painting
book coloring
taking online courses
going outside and taking pictures with your phone
volunteering on some organization (like ours! ISMD)
signing up to classes
signing up to sports
download a yoga app and do yoga at home (I do this one)
Getting in touch with people online that you might meet offline
Helping family with chores
Discovering new music that you may like
journaling
have a pet (even a fish)
grow plants
cook new things
visit old people and have them talk
learn pretty handwriting
What do you think?
