preventing MDD by feeling hungry

i noticed that if i haven't eaten anything for some time, i don't feel hunger, but rather something like strong anxiety.in states like that, i don't fall for DD.

So its a jump from one pit to another. from happy lofty DD to anxious highly-volatile-for-conflict, but productive

all of this might be related to orexin release.
i will conduct some tests by not eating during the day. not healthy, but....
i might report the results here. stay tuned.

i also suspect that MDD itself is more of a "leisure class" issue.
i believe that if you rip your back on physical 9to5or-more job you are less likely to be falling to dd.
