I did neurofeedback yesterday and realized that I was able to stay in the present a lot longer and a lot easier then usual. I didnt do it for MD but I think it might have helped. Anyone else tried this or have any theories as to whether or not it could possibly help?

Can you please explain to me what Neurofeedback is?

Im not sure how to explain it but they glue these little electrodes on your head that sort of measure brain activity or something and respond to a video or music youre listening to. Here's a wikipedia with more info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurofeedback
Ohhh, I understand now. This seems like a good method. It has helped a lot of people suffering from ADHD to control their thought patterns. My daydreaming isn't that severe to try this, but I think this can help.
