I'm exactly the same, there's no "special time" for it that I save during the day. It's true that at night at bed trying to fall asleep I can concentrate just on it and it's more focused and all, but for me it's always ON and makes me waste a lot of time some days while working (home). It's really frustrating and embarassing.

EyesLikeNebulae (Ashley) said:…

Even when I'm focused on something else, I usually have a steady background daydream happening. I try to limit myself to just when I'm at home, but it almost never works.

The worst is when I lapse into a DD at work because I am a daycare teacher. Though, so far, it usually just involves a constant conversation in my head with various people. The most vivid one at work was when I DD that a particular person was visiting my classroom for the day and playing with the children. It was beautiful and I ended up sobbing on my drive home because the realization that it wasn't real was overwhelming.

It can range...I usually have my planned daydream sessions when I'm in a really good mood. On days like those it can be 3 hours of the pacing/listening to music kind. But that is maximum and not all at once. On typical days I would say anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.

Otherwise I have varying degrees of daydreaming going on. Some of them I find myself in without planning as I'm going about my day, some can be as little as just imagining someone is watching me doing whatever I'm…

Otherwise I have varying degrees of daydreaming going on. Some of them I find myself in without planning as I'm going about my day, some can be as little as just imagining someone is watching me doing whatever I'm doing...and at an even deeper level even the way I think my thoughts has always been in the form of a 'conversation' with another person (not anyone in particular but more like the feeling of the presence of someone). I don't know if that's considered daydreaming or not, but if it is then I guess im daydreaming most of the time, even if they are very faint.
I'm always in and out any min…tag:wildminds.ning.com,2013-07-21:4661400:Comment:1493092013-07-21T07:32:24.757ZRomehttps://wildminds.ning.com/profile/rome

I'm always in and out any minute, it's like i'm always dreaming but if your talking about intense daydreaming with music and pacing then it's last for about 30 min to 1 hour then maybe anytime after that.

Had one of my real life friends over for a couple nights. We practically spent the entire time involved in a very complicated roleplay, which for us is practically as satisfying as DDing on our own. She and I both envision what we're roleplaying about so vividly.

I'm constantly in and out of daydream. Periodically people ask this question, but I always wonder how it would even be possible to answer.
