OMG I experience all the 3 symptoms you mentioned from time to time. I didn't know why and I never considered MDD as the cause. I thought it was stress and after effects of corona. I have MD for a very long time but it was only the last few months i noticed headaches, nausea and dizziness. headaches and nausea occur almost everyday now. It could be due to the fact that the amount of daydreaming I do these days have increased exponentially. could you please share the link of the article you…

I think you need to get your hearing checked more than eyes or brain. The ears are responsible for balance, dizziness, your consciousness and nausea and it is definitely connected to your problem in someway or the other.

I face all these symptoms when I try and stop to daydream. The longer I'm able to stop the bad these get. I suppose it's just all the repressed emotions surfacing.

I have been experiencing headaches from daydreaming for about a month - sort of like what you are describing, but in my case, the level of pain is seldom so severe that it interferes with my daily tasks, but I can tell that there is a light, mostly bearable, almost incessant headache - and this pain level usually increases right after an MD episode. Maybe 2 or 3 times, it has been so bad that I couldn't do much at the time - but as I said, this level of pain is rare in my case. Also, I have…

Also, I have noticed that generally when I wake up this pain is quite less, sometimes even non-existent.

I did, when I had MD. It could have several sources, like overthinking everything (resulting in conflicted feelings/bad sleep/using up too much energy e.t.c.), disguised depression, or not breathing properly (so that the brain doesn't get much oxygen).

Btw have you looked up the possibility of having allergies? It can add to the headaches. I have allergy to the city pollution, and my head is messed up when I don't get my medicine.

My apologies, I ment MD* not MDD. I was listening to one of my favorite bands, My Darkest Days (shortened MDD) before writing this, that's why I put MDD instead of MD. Sorry guys and gals!
