As far as I know I'm not obsessed with day dreaming or would be considered a MD however , tragic events in my life or just bad ones I tend to dwell on and have flash backs...I'm not exactly sure why either. Sometimes it can be good things too but usually it's the opposite. I may not fantasize and create imaginary worlds and stories but I would like to learn more on controlling my mind better so that way negative aspects of my life don't always haunt me.

Me too... past memories and flashbacks perpetually haunt me. I think figuring out what triggers them or why they haunt you might help as would doing something to compensate for it. Best of Luck.
