The need to act out my daydreams (pacing)

I have a habit of acting my dreams out while I daydream. It is nearly impossible for me to daydream about something without acting it out. If I'm walking in my daydream, I pace (mostly because there isn't enough space to walk in a straight line indoors), if I need a shower, I daydream about showering (usually a plotline going on that I focus on) if I am sitting and need to daydream, I work my daydream around me sitting. If I start off on a daydream where I need to walk, the urge to get up is overwhelming. I also need some kind of background noise going on. Music almost always triggers my daydreams (which is typical from what I've heard) and it is always a walking daydream, so I get the extreme urge to get up and pace. I need to listen to *something* in bed (YouTube videos or a movie) right up until I'm ready to fall asleep. Does anyone else act out their daydreams to this extent?

I also broke my headphones, so no pacing (the most enjoyable form of daydreaming for me, though I'm almost constantly daydreaming in some form), as I cannot pace without it. I actually ordered my headphones off Amazon on one day delivery, so only two nights of no pacing.

I'm sorry if I'm coming off as too forward, I tend to lose my "shyness" online and struggle to not be overly excited here.

I also pace and am, "triggered," by music.
