Since the beggining of 10th grade (four months ago) my MDD started getting worse and worse. Before 10th grade I was able to concentrate enough to study, do my homework and try to listen in class. Now I can't do these things anymore: my homework are never done, my exams are half-finished and I can barely listen to what the teachers say. I tried not having any triggers around me like music. But I become very agressive and anxious when I don't have music. And now to make it worse my DD triggers itself alone.  Whenever I'm in class (mostly in class) or with friends it appears without triggers or anything and I miss a bunch of information. I could control it when it was without triggers before. I don't know what to do anymore. . . Any ideas?

It is scary to go to a professional,my friend is going to take me to her therapist, and that should help, but everybody's different, I tried to do what I was told to do, a media fast, but that only made it worse, I guess you should just look up some treatments and experiment around.... I find its good to do therapy with a close friend you can trust, but only one.

I think to go see a professional is the best idea and I know someone who could help me maybe with that or at least understand.

Thank you guys for your support!
