Hey

I would suggest having a lot of activities in the real world.

1. Exercise
Here is suggest strength training or group cardio. Avoid treadmills for example where your mind is likely to wonder off.

2. Get involved in extra curricular activities - have it be a little stressful
For example, volunteer to lead the group. Your mind will be occupied with thoughts about managing the group / project.

3. Have some real world achievable goals

The goals should be very achievable - else they will become dreamland goals.

Perhaps studying for an extra hour a day. Submitting reports on time. Waking up early. Following a certain diet. Speaking to certain colleagues at work.
