has anyone here ever felt nauseous/thrown up from pacing too much after eating? it's been happening a lot lately, but i can't help it. sometimes if i'm alone, i'll even pace while i'm eating because i can't control it. or i'll sit down, take a bite, pace a little, sit back down, take another bite, pace, etc. i feel like a madman(woman?).

I pace while eating, in fact that is the moment I feel most need to pace. But I don't get nauseous from it. Maybe this just depends on how sensible you are to all the movement? How easely do you get sick from rollercoaster rights, or driving in the car or...

(Yeah I know, I always come up with dumb theories ;) )

That sounds terrible - the pacing is such a pain. Good exorcise, but still a pain. Do you pace to music? Are you using those in ear headphones?

I get kinda nauseous when I pace and the volumn on those are way too high (a bad habit that's ruining my hearing) - I think the vibrations mucks with my ears and causes that sea sick feeling. Now add in the movement and eating to that and it's a wonder we keep anything down.
