I  had  md from my 9th class days and I was unaware of it.I used to think about fantasies for hours.with a special study room for me daydreaming was much easier. I remember those primitive days in which i used to daydream as well as study and score good marks.slowly the problem grew stronger and i had difficulty in concentrating in slightest of things. i made serious efforts to remove the problem only after my three consecutive failures in medical entrance exams. earlier i made some rules one after another to stop daydreaming anyhow but of no use.I failed misserbly .I turned more and more letharghic, there was negative thoughts in my mind,i was in MD throughout the day during those times.

First of all i decided to stop making any further rules.

secondly I stopped thinking negatively.it took me 6 months to do both of these as to make your mind understand is very difficult. I am pursuing my engineering in computer science and still have md. now i am 24 yrs of age and  in my final year of my engineering. at the present moment I feel I have made improvement in my condition .

But the most important of all is that we all have firm determination and selfbelief to exist and the power to tackle any situation.
