Hello fellow daydreams.....Just want to pose a question to you.  Have any of you suffered injuries from repetitive motions?  When I was in high school, my mother took me to the doctor because I had a cyst on my ankle.  I was so embarrassed because I knew it was due to my rocking [cross-legged] to my music!  Also knee bones stick out for the same reason.  I started rocking as long as I can remember!

I usually pace to my daydreams by running and jumping. One time, I was running back and forth so vigorously that I tripped over myself and got a cut on the top of my forehead. Thankfully it was minor, but it was so obvious that I had to make up excuses that it was just an odd accident, rather than MD. I still haven't told anyone about my MD yet, at least not one I can think that would be willing to understand this.

So, it looks like MD has proved to be rather dangerous at times, heh.

Sometimes my foot or knee ache because of it, so yes.  I also have hurt myself over and over throughout my life from not paying attention.  It might be a combo of things

1) daydreaming and not paying attention
2) I read a study that people who have a parent die before age 18 (the kid is 18, not the parent ; )  ), are more likely to suffer injuries and illness.
3) My father never let us feel any pain, so 'You're mother is dead, but just ignore the pain and smile!' That parenting style left me with no other option than to not pay attention to reality.

So, not sure if its one or all (probably) of those things, but I have had multiple concussions, fell down stairs, cut myself, broken bones, I could go on and on about my injuries.
