April, a cursed month?

What is it about the third week of April and some kind of tragedy?
April 19th 1993 - Waco siege
April 19th 1995 - Oklahoma City bombing
April 20th 1999 - Columbine Massacre
April 16th 2007 - Virginia Tech massacre
April 15th 2013 - Boston Marathon bombing
Even if you go back further,the Titanic sank on April 15th 1912 and Lincoln was assassinated on April 14th 1865.

However, they (I'm not entirely sure who, so take this with a mound of salt) say that spring encourages people to do radical things - it makes them bolder and more optimistic, so there may be something in this,I don't know
