I have noticed that I have a good recollection of what other people have told me, therefore I often remember others by the conversation we had. I can remember someone I only talked to once, and how…Continue

I've realized that my mind's automatic record function- the function I also name rumination- suddenly seems easy to deal with or turn off.I don't know what's happened, because there's been no sudden…Continue

I will often play the same song over and over for the same daydream until I get it just right. Do any others here do this? I know it seems a little OCD, but it's usually only with songs really like…Continue

Comment by H on February 26, 2013 at 5:43pm Hi. I'm having a good stretch with few emotions that I feel a need to share. I pat myself on the back. Meanwhile, I hope you want to use this forum to your benefit.
Comment by H on June 7, 2012 at 2:57pm Hi! If anyone notice I'm not on so often it's because I'm blessed with busyness in my new job. I'm trying not to work too much and work at below maximum intensity, I don't want to hit the wall again:)

Comment by H on November 30, 2011 at 9:33am It seems we share the ability to "not forget" a lot of stuff. There are studies that say sad or depressed people remember more details than happy people. Happy people- on the other hand- forget a lot more often. So the key to this thing for me is the depression.
Comment by Elizabeth on November 29, 2011 at 11:50am I do like Sandy and repeat scenes and dialogues and the such in my head until it feels right or complete. And I replay scenes of my favorite books and movies as well. I realized that I do go over things that I've done but negative situations more so than positive ones..
Comment by Wish Upon A Wish on November 29, 2011 at 12:22am I do, and I often slightly change them in y favour, and wish I'd done something different, even sometimes for things that happened years ago. Also, scenes in my DDs happen repeatedly, like I'm trying to get a scene for a movie perfect, and once I've got them right, I often move on without even realizing it, but sometimes go back.
