So I have tried a bunch of different techniques in order to stop MD. I have realized that in my opinion, MD is an off shoot of ADHD/ADD. From what I have studied, a lot of natural benefits like exercise and diet can curb symptoms. One especially being consuming omega-3 found in fish! My friend brought salmon to me the other day and I had it for about two days straight for dinner. The next days I felt more alert and in control of my thoughts! I was trying to think of why that was and then I remembered reading a study on how omega-3 is an essential fatty acid for brain functioning and aids in reducing a lot of ailments, one especially being ADHD/ADD. I suggest EVERYONE Google this and look into it. If you feel impressed to do so, definately look into regularly adding more fish into your diet. I hope this helps so eone out there and let me know if you see results!!. GOD BLESS!!!

That sounds amazing! I have Omega-3 tablets at home, so I need to start taking them consistently and hopefully that does the trick!

I hope that works! However I will say that I myself have tried omega supplements and they had little to no effect. For sone reason getting it fron the source of wild fish is better. I have also read studies that says omega 3 from fish is more significant than supplements. Give a try to both and let me know how it goes!! GOD BLESS
This gave me some hope!
After having some vision issues, mainly related to reading, I was informed by my ophthalmo that I had this lachrymal problem. My tears have real poor quality and this is caused by "omega3 deficiency".
This was about 3 months ago (are all of you MDs bad in keeping track of time?).
After the diagnose I tried to include canned fish in my diet, but last saturday I decided to buy a bWell bottle of omega3.
In 2 or 4 weeks I will come back and I wish Ill be confirming what you saying.

Thank you for this. I will take help where I can get if.
